Day 01:Cochin-Munnar

You will be picked up from Cochin to drop you at your Hotel in Munnar. Overnight at Hotel

Day 02:Munnar – West Ridge Trekking

You will be picked up by our representative to transfer you to the trekking point towards the Climax point of West Ridge mountain at Great Escape Gap. The trail is to the peak at 2185 MSL, ascending and downhill to 1400 MSL in its west side to Tahr Mountain Camp.

You may keep your big bags in your transfer Jeep to bring them to the base camp. You can carry a small backpack for your personal belongings and valuables. The trek will take 6-7 hrs through grassland, cloud forest fringes, rocky hills and cliff edges.You will be provided a packed mini lunch.

On your arrival at Tahr Mountain Camp,occupy your camp and get ready for your great evening with Camp Fire & Freshly cooked Dinner.Overnight in Tahr Mountain Camp.

Tahr Mountain Camp is located in the west side of West ridge overlooking sun-moon valley. It is an ideal spot to watch celestial sunrise and set . The accommodation is in tent camps.

Day-3: Meesapulimala Trek

After a hot breakfast, you will be transferred  to Silent valley (15 kms) for Meesapulimala trekking and camping (1600MSL to 2600MSL ). Packed lunch enroute. Check in to the Rhodo Valley camp afterlunch. After noon hiking around RhodoValley. Overnight in tent camp.

Day-4 Meesapulimalai- Kolukkumalai Trek

After breakfast start your trek to Meesapulimala peak(2635MSL) with packed lunch. You will be trekking through an amazing terrain and landscape.Trek down toKolukkumalai (2300MSL) . Overnight camp atKolukkumalai.

Day-5 Kolukkumalai – Yellappetti- Pampadumchola Trek

Wake up to the call of whistling thrush. Enjoy sunrise having your hot tea. After breakfast starthiking through  tea garden, forests and grassland to Yellappetti village and later to Pampadumchola Jungle camp for overnight stay.

Day-6 Pampadumchola- Topstation Trek

After breakfast prepare for an ascending trail to Top station at Eastern sprout of Munnar hills. The trek is through a tribal hamlet, waterfalls, and Central Station (Middle Station).

It is an ancient trail developed by a mountain tribe. Later this trail was used by Duke of Willington in 18th century to chase an Indian King in exile. In late 19th Century the trail was used by British planters to transport tea factory equipments with the help of mountain tribes. Later they established a rope way to carry tea from Munnar to the plateau. Overnight in camp at Top station

Day-7:Topstation- Vattavada Trek

After breakfast continue the trek through teaplantation road to Vattavada Mountain Village withpacked lunch.On reaching at Vattavada,you will be transferred to your Munnar hotel for overnight stay. Overnight at Hotel.

Day-8: Munnar-Cochin

After breakfast,our car will pick you up to transfer you to Cochin or onward destination.
