Arrangements:  All the necessary arrangements were carried out with great attention to detail and were excellent..  All the hotels were good or excellent and the homestays were very satisfactory.  We particularly enjoyed your recommendation of Mannaas Veedu. In future it would be a help to know if any major festival/event is happening anywhere on the proposed route of a journey so that we are able to view/participate.  Your suggestions for limiting the hours of travel and where to break the journey were excellent.

Car and Driver:    The car was excellent and very comfortable.  Manu is a very good and considerate driver.  He has a very nice personality and we enjoyed his company. He was always very careful of us and unfailingly punctual, attentive and cheerful.  If he has a fault, and it is a very unimportant one, it is that he does not take the initiative in suggesting places and things which might interest us.  We think that he is inhibited by the language difficulty.  We would not hesitate to recommend him to your clients and would be delighted to travel with him again.

We are very thankful for your patience and prompt attention to our many emails as we finalized the itinerary.  We could not ask for better service.  Your printed itinerary is very informative and well presented.  We found it very helpful in suggesting items of interest along the way.
