Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to congratulate you on your excellent service. My husband and I have recently returned from India and part of the tour was organised by yourselves. The whole experience was a very pleasant one and we have nothing but praise for your staff. All the hotels we stayed at were excellent. We were met a Cochi airport by Prishant and Rince and our driver Thomas, despite the fact that our flight from Bangalore had been delayed for two hours and we were unable to contact them and let them know! They really looked after us and when our train to Goa was delayed for almost 12 hours , they found us a hotel for the night in Cochi ( at a preferential rate) and our driver, Thomas, collected us at 6.30 am to take us to the station where we were met by Rince, who stayed with us until we were safely on the train. They really made things as easy as they could for us and were very pleasant and helpful at all times. We would heartily recommend your company to our friends and family should they visit India in the future. Also, Thomas was very helpful and took great care of us. He was always happy to let us set our own pace and showed us the sights. Thank you again for looking after us so well. .
