Our vehicle comfortable & in good condition. Driver ,knowledgable of various locations & shopping areas,very polite and co operative,very helpful..Hotel C 7 at Munnar had some flows but sorted out..the staff were nice and polite.. Resort at Kumarakom. service was poor but location good.. Houseboat… Service,food,accommodation all very good.. excellent.. Wish we had more time on the boat.. Cook was excellent.. Captain of the boat was a good guide..Kovalam Uday Samudra located beautifully….
